Andy Proctor is the founder of YoungVoice – a social project.  Andy funds, administers and runs the project on the University Campus Ipswich, to help business’s have accessible and up to date websites on the latest platforms. The project, through building website’s for business, empowers young people with education in website development, while giving free websites for young people to develop themselves.  Websites made by young people, learning by doing, overseen and instructed by Andy Proctor.
