Free Stuff

I offer free mentoring, support, workshops and talks in the local community.  I am happy to come and talk to your group, organisation or charity and give a demonstration/talk on any of the following…

• What is WordPress and how to use it.
• How to get your website found online.
• How to make a fully functioning app in 30 minutes.

I am also a Heart Start Instructor with The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.  I am passionate about the chain of survival and educating people on how to recognise that someone needs CPR. As a Heart Start instructor, I offer free 2-hour sessions to businesses, groups, or organisations to build confidence in performing good quality CPR to help improve out-of-hospital survival.

I have access to a training Defibrillator, mannequin and plenty of volunteer community first responders who are all keen to pass on the confidence to do something rather than nothing when it’s needed most.
